This Refund Policy explains when templateshot.com issues refunds for credit packs and how failed generations are handled. Paid checkout is processed by Creem once enabled; until then, purchases are not live.

Automatic credit refunds

If an image generation job fails after credits were charged, we automatically refund those credits to your account. You do not need to contact support for a failed job refund.

Unused credit packs (7 days)

If you purchase a credit pack and have not used any of the purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Include your order/reference ID once checkout is live.

Partially used packs

Once any purchased credits from a pack have been consumed for a successful generation, that pack is generally non-refundable. Unused credits remain available and never expire.

Free credits

Signup bonus / free trial credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
