Conditions d’utilisation

By using templateshot.com you agree to these terms.

Service

TemplateShot is an independent product that provides professional portrait styling using third-party AI image models. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or other model providers. You upload a photo of yourself; we apply a preset template look. This is not a face-swap / deepfake tool. Outputs are machine-generated, may contain artifacts, and are labeled as AI-generated. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Accounts & credits

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. New Google-verified users may receive 3 free credits (subject to anti-abuse limits). Credits are consumed when a generation is queued. Failed jobs are automatically refunded. Credits never expire. Paid packs are one-time purchases (no subscription) processed by Creem when checkout is enabled. Orders paid with a 100% discount code ($0) still grant the purchased credit pack.

Licenses

Personal use of generated images is allowed under all packs. The Studio pack includes a commercial-use license for client and brand work once purchased. You may not resell the raw service, reverse-engineer prompts for competing products, or use outputs to create illegal or harmful content.

Acceptable use — NSFW & prohibited generation

You may only upload photos of yourself. You must not generate or attempt to generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content; nude or lingerie content; content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context; deepfakes or face-swaps of other people; impersonation; or any use of others' photos without consent. Full rules: Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or attempt to bypass safety filters.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for unused packs (7 days) and automatic failed-job credit refunds.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TemplateShot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Independent product

TemplateShot is an independent product built on third-party AI image models and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or other model providers.
