Acceptable Use Policy

TemplateShot is a professional portrait styling tool. You upload a photo of yourself; we apply a preset look and return an AI-generated styled portrait. It is not a face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation product for putting someone's face onto another person or body.

You may only upload photos of yourself

You must upload photographs of yourself for which you have the right to use. Uploading photos of other people without their explicit consent is prohibited. Impersonation of any person is prohibited.

Prohibited content

• NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind
• Nudity or lingerie / fetish content
• Content involving minors in any sexual, exploitative, or harmful context
• Gore, extreme violence, or content that promotes terrorism or violent crime
• Hate, harassment, scams, or fraud
• Deepfakes or face-swaps intended to deceive, defame, or non-consensually depict others
• Using others' photos, likenesses, or identity without consent
• Attempting to bypass safety filters or moderation

AI-generated outputs

All outputs are machine-generated and labeled as AI-generated. Do not present results as unaltered photographs of real events. You are responsible for lawful use of downloads.

Enforcement

We screen prompts with safety filters (including Creem Moderation when configured). We may refuse generations, delete content, suspend accounts, and report illegal activity. See also our Terms of Service.
